I never gave spices to my baby's food, but at 7 months I thought of adding a new flavour to her usual food. Zeera is a safe spice for babies. Infact it has some positive effects on your baby's health like increasing appetite, curing diarrhea and indigestion. Zeera has no peculiar taste as it is bland. Just the fragrance of zeera gives the dish a new feel.
