Lets begin !
Ingredients for 2 servings:

Method:
Wash and devein all the prawns.
In a mixing bowl, add prawns, egg, crushed black peppercorns, lemon juice, salt and cornflour powder.
Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for an hour.
In a kadhai, heat enough oil for deep frying.
Fry the prawns one by one.
Do not dump all the prawns and its marinate into the oil all at once.
Keep aside the prawns.
In a separate kadhai, heat some oil and sauté for 2 minutes on high heat chopped garlic and cubed onions and capsicum.
Add chopped green chillies, garam masala powder, soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt and sugar.
Add the extra marinate liquid of the prawns at this stage.
Stir for another 5 minutes.
Depending on whether you want gravy or not, add some water.
Right before serving, add the fried prawns.
Serve hot with noodles, pasta or rice/pulao.
I served mine with my pulao and an omlette.
