After the success of the my Oat Bread, I went on to experiment with a variety of flavors that can be added to the base recipe.
One of my favorite is the Garlic Oat Bread which is turned out to be a great sandwich bread. You can either slather it with butter or cheese. Or build up a sandwich of your choice with it.
Flavorful and nutritious, with no need for yeast, this recipe is a must try!

Meanwhile, preheat oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
And, grease a baking mold.
Now to the oat mixture, add whole wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda.

Pour the batter to the baking mold.
Flatten the top with a spatula.
Now generously sprinkle pizza/pasta seasoning on the top.
Bake in 180 degree oven for 30-45 minutes or till the bread rises and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool for 15-20 minutes and then unmold.
